Definition
A survey metric that asks employees how likely they are to recommend the company as a place to work, scored from -100 to +100. It borrows the customer NPS formula, which is handy for turning feelings into a single number that can be tracked in a slide deck.
Example Usage
Our eNPS dropped from +18 to -4 after the reorganization, which the leadership team has described as a 'learning moment'.
Origin
Adapted from the customer Net Promoter Score developed by Fred Reichheld and colleagues (2003).
