• Generate jargon-based phrases and buzzwords using our generator tool
• Translate plain language into various jargon styles using our translator tool
• Create accounts to save favorites, track history, and contribute content

The Site is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Definitions and generated content are intended to be humorous and educational, and should not be relied upon as authoritative language references.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Grant Jargonish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content on the Site
• Acknowledge that submitted content may be edited for clarity, accuracy, or formatting
• Understand that we are not obligated to publish or maintain any User Content

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Jargonish and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Jargonish name, logo, and branding

• Original definitions and editorial content

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Jargon definitions are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any definition, generated phrase, or translation output.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.
