Definition
Excessively praising or complimenting someone to the point of obvious flattery, like you're coating them in a thick layer of verbal honey. It's simping but make it professional. Sports commentators are the world champions of glazing and they don't even know it.
Example Usage
"The interviewer asked me to describe my strengths and I accidentally started glazing myself so hard the hiring manager looked uncomfortable. I got the job though."
