ENDO

Definition

Short for endometriosis, a chronic condition in which tissue similar to the uterine lining grows where it doesn't belong, causing pain that can turn an ordinary day into a hostage situation. Doctors still haven't pinned down every cause, and there's no cure, only management. Nobody should have to be brave about it, yet many people are, every single month.
