Definition
The corporate equivalent of a moral compass, usually printed on a poster and promptly ignored during the quarterly earnings call. A company's stated principles about what they believe in, theoretically guiding every decision they make (in practice, profit usually wins).
Example Usage
Our company values transparency and employee wellness, yet here we are mandating return-to-office while restructuring department budgets without notice.
