To flatten organizational hierarchies by removing management layers, supposedly to speed up decision-making but often just creating chaos and title inflation for remaining managers.

Example Usage

We're going to unstack the organization to reduce bureaucracy, which means five management layers are becoming three, and everyone's title is changing.
