Definition
A mid-2000s youth subculture defined by emotionally dramatic aesthetics: multi-colored hair, impossibly tight band t-shirts, excessive product, and a general aura of misunderstood angst. Scene kids were basically emo's flashier, vain cousins who were deeply committed to looking as impractical as possible.
Example Usage
Back in high school, Connor was totally scene with his teased hair and lip ring, always posting MySpace selfies from weird angles.
