Lolspeak-era nonsense for a laugh-out-loud hamburger, a cousin of lolbiscuits and roflcopter. It's the phrase that signaled you were very online during the lolcat years, mangled spelling and all. Its purpose was to say 'I'm laughing' while simultaneously asking for lunch.
