honky pox

Definition

A humorous, likely fictitious STI allegedly contracted at honky tonks from encounters with questionable partners. More urban legend than actual medical diagnosis, but the cautionary tale lives on in bar folklore.

Example Usage

After that wild night at the country bar, my buddy joked he might've caught honky pox.
