Definition
A driver, often elderly, who inexplicably hugs the curb instead of maintaining a normal lane position. Named for their tendency to drive as close to the gutter as physically possible without mounting the sidewalk.
Example Usage
That gutter runner nearly scraped the whole side of their car along the curb, but somehow they kept going.
