Blighted Property

Definition

A property that's so deteriorated, abandoned, or problematic that it's considered a nuisance to the neighborhood. Think 'fixer-upper' but worse—significantly worse.

Example Usage

The city condemned the blighted property and gave the owner six months to demolish it.
